How We Do It
Once payment is completed and order is placed, an confirmation email will be sent to the email provided. Please allow up to 5 business days or less for payment processing where a full verification and fraud analysis process is completed. If payment is approved, your order will begin fullfilment which will take up to 2-3 business days. After being processed, your order will with ship out within the promised time-frame of the chosen shipping method during order checkout. Throughout this process, you will be notified with an variety of emails and/or text which will include order confirmation, payment approval, order fullfilment and finally a shipment email that will include an tracking number for your order.
We ship all of our orders through USPS using two main shipping processes explained below:
Priority Mail: Up to 5 business day payment processing, 3 business day order fullfilment, and 3-8 Business Days for shipping excluding holidays and/or weekends
Priority Mail Express: Up to 5 business day payment processing, 2 business day order fullfilment, and 1-5 Business Days for shipping excluding holidays and/or weekends
IMPORTANT: Due to COVID-19 please expect a possible shipping delay which could take between 7-15 business days not including holidays and/or weekends. We will do our best to get your order to you within a timely manner however, please be patient with both us and the shipping carriers as we will do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
NOTE: Once your order has been shipped from our facility we are NOT responsible for any lost, damaged, or delayed orders. Be sure to follow/track your order to avoid missed delivery.
